Very often we tend to think that the only thing that makes us “survivors” in a world on the edge can be knowledge.
However, without consciousness, knowledge is nothing.
Or one thinks one has supplies of food and water and then everything is taken care of.
The purpose of the article is not to talk about such a scenario as an end in itself. But to make the idea better conveyed to the person reading. So that he can make it his own.
In fact, exploring better the various understandings about “what faith is,” one might be — precisely — that when all is lost it remains.
When all is lost it remains. For although one can, finally, have knowledge, without consciousness – and thus mastery – finally not much remains. Perhaps one can even get into trouble.
However, consciousness guides us to our Lord.
And here it then becomes clear how then everything actually makes a lot of sense and is in harmony.
With faith and conscience one can have mastery of knowledge and experience; as well as of one’s resources (intellectual or not, physical or not, visible, invisible, existing or not).
As well as having wisdom in action. And as mentioned above, better organize one’s tangible or not-tangible resources. Such as provisions and what one has in daily life.
