Stay in the past, present or future.

Not moving freely while living. This can hinder personal growth. Indirectly it can be seen in various aspects of life.

Unhealthy and balanced nutrition. Poor mental and physical condition. Distressed mood. Suboptimal health.

So the idea might be not to live in a specific time or times, but to get out of them, that is, to detach from them.

Or perhaps both. That is, while living in one, some or all of these times, at the same time one is detached from them.

On my part, though, I always notice a certain amount of dragging.

At the very least in the past. And so I would say that’s really where-from the most dragging time-that one should detach.

What if there are more than one?

Well, actually the fundamental root seems to be fear.

This creates pressure, tension and drags in getting stuck.

It would be good to begin to let go of fear and move forward without it, with benevolence and common sense.
