If learning also means receiving grades, then these should help – possibly – in pointing to a better direction.

Where are the gaps? How could one do well?

One should not get stuck in or block a path of growth, including personal growth. For it is in learning that one improves grades.

Clearly, dedication on the part of the person involved – or the people involved – is also important.

It is really a matter of going through the process of refinement, that a person, with commitment and the right guidance can – as he or she learns and acts, putting into practice what he or she understands – notice things that he or she did not see before.

It happens in work, learning and everyday life.

So it is not because a person got one grade rather than another that things are just the way they are.

It is a picture of a moment and as such it has that function.

However, with or without grades, the approach of discovering and understanding what one is learning should not be limited to just one approach.

Not only reading or learning per se but also – at the same time – moving to apply what has been absorbed.

This too being a journey of deepening and lesson, as well as study.
