This morning I had a simple breakfast, consisting of foods that are minimally or not at all industrially processed. I ate:

The last two items on the list sweetened the combination of dried fruits, including the chia seeds, with the yogurt.

As for fruit, in addition to the banana, you could also pair it with a pear, watermelon, or any fruit that goes well with these flavors.

The egg was cooked in a pan with a little water and a lid on top, so that the yolk would cook evenly, making it creamy, or almost solid.

I felt quite light for the next few hours, partly because I had breakfast around 7:30 in the morning.
